the standard was much higher than other 3-star hotels I have stayed at. the place seemed to have been renovated recently, as everything looked new and modern. the restaurant was also great, with excellent dinner options and a delicious breakfast. the surroundings were peaceful, with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. I especially loved waking up to see the sunrise over the misty lake. the staff were also very friendly and helpful. it was one of the best value for money hotels I have ever stayed at. Cons: Nothing all excellent. 👍.

Located alongside a river feeding into Lake Como. Large, modern rooms with spacious showers and balconies. Breakfast brought to your table with a good variety of options. Hotel restaurant provides enjoyable meals. Limited dining options within walking distance.

During my recent stay at Hotel Berlinghera, I was blown away by the beautiful views of the lake and mountains from my room's veranda. The bedroom was tastefully furnished and the bathroom was excellent, complete with luxurious bathrobes. The hotel went above and beyond by adding lovely little touches like sweets on the pillows. The restaurant served delicious food, and I highly recommend trying the fresh lake fish dishes. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional, making me feel welcomed and taken care of throughout my stay. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of choices to satisfy every palate. I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Berlinghera and would definitely consider returning in the future.

Beautifully furnished rooms with excellent views, modern and clean facilities, pleasant and helpful staff, delicious breakfast and dinner at the restaurant, peaceful location near Lake Como.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were beautifully renovated and exceeded our expectations. The bathroom was particularly impressive, with modern fixtures and plenty of space. The little touches like bathrobes and a sweet on the pillow made us feel pampered. The restaurant was also a highlight, serving excellent food. The hotel's location, though off the beaten track, added to its charm. It was a peaceful retreat, tucked away near a scenic river. We enjoyed the quiet surroundings and the opportunity to explore the nearby area.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks. First, it would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room for added convenience.
